With her over thirteen years of community organizing, power building, public policy and philanthropic skillset, Rosa provides guidance and direction in developing and implementing programs. Rosa immigrated from México when she was four years old, and has made Arkansas her home for over 30 years. Rosa is a locally and nationally recognized advocate for immigrant's rights. She has played a critical role in developing the federal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Program, in-state tuition equity, DACA Nurses & Professional License laws in Arkansas and is passionate about social justice, education and racial equity. She has a history of uplifting and cultivating undocumented youth, Latinx organizers, and powerful women.

She is the founder of Arkansas’s first Power Building Organizing Movement Collective. She designed AMC to build leadership, teach organizing principles, and work towards changing the representation and priorities of our elected officials, boards, and commissions for inequity. Rosa likes to spend time with her family and friends, traveling and loves exploring the City of Little Rock with her rescue Siberian Husky, Whiskey.
